After Abrogation of Article 370, Kashmir Came Out Of terrorism

After Abrogation of Article 370, Kashmir came out of the shadow of terrorism, moved towards permanent peace restoration.

For the past three decades, the people of Jammu and Kashmir who have been suffering from violence are now trying to get rid of the past of terrorism.

According to security agencies Maqbool Butt and the death anniversary of Afzal Guru, the call of the bandh is ineffective.

The Ministry of Home Affairs is also seeing this as an auspicious sign towards permanent peace restoration in Jammu and Kashmir.

A senior official of the security agency said that since 1984, on January 11 every year on the anniversary of Maqbool Butt’s death, an entire life in Jammu and Kashmir was stalled.

Similarly, after 2013, on the anniversary of Afzal Guru, this also happened on February 9.

After Abrogation of Article 370: Assessment of security agencies, Kashmiris are fast joining the mainstream

This time too, JKLF had called for a Jammu and Kashmir bandh on February 9 and 11, and sporadic posters in the name of the Hurriyat Conference were also displayed in some areas of Srinagar, but it did not show any effect in the valley.

Public transport services were closed in Srinagar due to security reasons, but people with private vehicles were hurling furiously.

In the report received from the Home Ministry, it was told that in many places in Srinagar, even though the shutters of the shops were falling outside, the shopkeepers from inside were supplying the goods to the customers like normal days.

The Ministry of Home Affairs is considering this change in the mood of the public.

According to Home Ministry sources, normal life in the valley on the anniversary of Maqbool Butt and Afzal Guru is an auspicious sign.

It shows how the people of Jammu and Kashmir are bored with violence and leaving behind the past of terrorism, want to move forward on the path of development.

According to him, despite the abolition of Article 370, elections to Panchayat, Block, and District Development Councils have been successful in building trust in the people of Jammu and Kashmir for governance.

The disenchantment of the youth of the valley with terrorist groups and the reduction in incidents of stone-pelting is being seen in the same way.
