They will consider maintaining free and unhindered movement in the Indian and Pacific oceans, tackling the challenges posed, and coordinating and combating the covid-19 epidemic.

According to recent media reports, Japan is keen to hold a quad summit but the United States has not yet confirmed that such a meeting will be held soon.

In the latest issue of US magazine Newsweek, India’s Ambassador to the US Taranjit Singh Sandhu has said that the strengthening defense and strategic partnership of the two countries have reached a critical period of cooperation.
