In view of this, Uttar Pradesh Health Education Minister Suresh Khanna, who reached Varanasi on Tuesday, inspected the Integrated Command Control Center and reviewed the rescue and treatment operations from COVID in the Commissionerate Auditorium.

Health education minister gave these instructions

The minister gave instructions to increase 500 beds in view of growing COVID patients in Varanasi. Also said that BHU should operate 400 beds of L-3. Similarly, to increase beds in L-1, L-2 hospitals, the number and date were fixed. The minister said that all options of treatment are to be used with full power and save the patient in every situation.

More than one million sampling claims in the state

He said that more than 80 thousand corona patients have been cured. There is more than a million sampling every day. More than 32 lakhs testing has been done in the state. But late in the night after the minister left, Additional CMO Dr. Jung Bahadur died fighting the infection. So far 88 people have died of corona infection. A total of 4876 cases have been reported so far.
