Army Commanders Conference: Army Commanders Conference will start today, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will also attend.

The Army Commanders Conference in New Delhi will start on Monday, April 18, and will continue till Thursday, April 22. This information was given in an officially released statement on Sunday.

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will address the conference on 21 April. During this, he will also talk to senior commanders.

Held for five days, this conference is the official forum for the senior leadership of the Indian Army.

This conference is held twice a year.

It is noteworthy that due to the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine, the situation around the world will also be discussed at this conference.

The top commanders of the army will also discuss the challenges related to national security along the borders with China and Pakistan.

This conference is organized twice every year. It is organized once in April and the second time in the month of October.

According to the information received on Sunday, it is planned to have detailed discussions on the possible impact of the war in Ukraine on the regional security as well as military aspects.

It has also been told that in the midst of a standoff with China at some places in eastern Ladakh.

The army commanders will conduct a detailed review of the preparedness of the Indian Army along the 3,400-km-long Line of Actual Control (LAC) with China.

Let us tell you that this is the last conference of the Army Commander to be chaired by General Naravane. General Naravane’s term ends at the end of this month.

Vigilance will increase on the border of Pakistan and Bangladesh, with 9,500 soldiers recruited in BSF this year.

Around 9,500 personnel have joined the Border Security Force (BSF) in the first three-and-a-half months of this year.

These youths have been inducted into the force to deploy more troops along the Pakistan and Bangladesh borders.

A senior BSF officer said that most of these jawans have entered the force as constables.

They are gradually being deployed in internal security including border posts with Pakistan and Bangladesh and countering Left Extremism.
