Ashish Mishra, son of Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Kumar Mishra Teni was sent on three-day police remand by the court Lakhimpur Kheri violence case.

After hearing on Monday the police custody remand of Ashish Mishra Monu, who was sent to jail after his arrest late on Saturday night, the CJM Court has sent him on three-day police remand.

The entire opposition, including Congress, is attacking Yogi Adityanath and the Narendra Modi government regarding Ashish Mishra Monu, the main accused in the Lakhimpur Kheri violence.

Meanwhile, there is also a demand to sack Ashish’s father and Union Minister Ajay Mishra Teni.

Ashish, who has been in jail since last Saturday night, has been sent to three-day police remand by the court.

Ashish Mishra alias Monu, the main accused of violence in Lakhimpur Kheri on October 3, has received a major setback from the Lakhimpur CJM Court.

In the Lakhimpur Kheri case, the CJM court has allowed Ashish Mishra Monu, son of Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Kumar Mishra Teni, to be taken on police remand for three days at around 4:15 pm.

The SPO sought 14 days remand. Ashish Mishra Monu’s lawyers said that 12 hours have been interrogated, what does the police want to interrogate now.

Prosecution’s argument Ashish Mishra has answered only 40 questions in 12 hours while non-cooperating in Monu. After the hearing in the court, the decision was reserved.
