BSF Recovered 10 Kg Heroin From Zero Lines In Akhnoor

BSF recovered 10 kg heroin from zero lines in Akhnoor, Pakistan sent a consignment. BSF jawans have recovered 10 kg heroin from the Akhnoor area along the border.

This heroin, recovered in ten packets of one kg each, was put in a bag and kept hidden in the bushes on the Jori line of the Indo-Pakistan border.

Heroin was recovered by BSF when BSF jawans noticed suspicious movement near Zero Line.

After seeing suspicious movement, the 92nd Battalion of BSF started patrolling near the zero lines at around 1 pm on Monday, when a bag was found lying in the bushes, which was taken over by the BSF personnel.

When the bag was opened, ten packets of heroin were found lying inside and each packet weighed one kilo.

After this recovery, BSF also launched a search operation in the area but nothing else was found there.

At the same time, IG BSF NS Jamwal said that information about heroin smuggling from across the border is continuously being received. BSF personnel is fully alert on the border.

At the same time, it is feared that the consignment of this heroin found in the zero lines from across the border would have been hidden in the bushes by the smugglers only after coming from across the border.

The possibility of transporting this consignment to the zero lines is being ruled out from the fact that it was kept hidden in the bushes.

It is not possible to hide the bag in bushes like this with the help of a drone.

Seeing the alertness of the BSF in front of the zero lines, the smugglers from across the border could not muster the courage to cross the barricade and they hid in these bushes so that the smugglers could take this consignment from this side if given a chance.
