Burnley Confirmed Place In Next Season Of Premier League

Burnley confirmed for a place in next season of Premier League, Fulham out.

Fulham’s team had to be eliminated from the tournament in a crucial match played late on Monday night in the English Premier League.

The team lost 0–2 in the match played against Burnley. Because of this defeat, Fulham had to look out of the way on the one hand, while Burnley sealed place for the next season with this victory.

In the first half of the match, Ashley Westwood scored for Burnley in the 35th minute, followed by Chris Wood’s second goal for Burnley in the 44th minute, just before the first half was over.

Fulham’s players failed to score in the second half and suffered a double whammy of being out of the league’s next season with a loss.

In 35 matches Fulham has 27 points to their name with five wins, 12 draws, and 18 defeats and are ranked 18th.

With his team now out of the Premier League next season, along with West Bromwich Albion and Sheffield United. With the win, Burnley’s team dropped from 17th place to 14th with 39 points in 35 matches.

Real Betis defeated Granada.

Real Betis’ team beat La Granada 2–1 in Spain’s La Liga, making them close to qualifying for the Europa League. Betis scored two goals from Borja Iglesias in the 39th and 87th minutes.

Although Dr. Forest Matches scored for Granada in the 66th minute, he could not win the team.

With this victory, Betis’ name has gone up to 54 points in 35 matches and he remains in sixth place while Granada’s side is 10th with 45 points in 35 matches with the loss.

New Zealand veteran, who created history by scoring a double century, announces retirement, will play the last match against India.

New Zealand’s legendary Test wicket-keeper batsman BJ Watling has decided to say goodbye to international cricket.

VJ will retire from all formats of cricket after the ICC World Test Championship final to be played in England next month against India.

India and New Zealand have reached the final of the Test Championship organized by the ICC for the first time. The title match is to be played at Southampton from 18 to 22 June.

The 35-year-old BJ has been an important part of the New Zealand Test team since 2009. His name holds the record for most Test hunters behind the wicket by the New Zealand team.

BJ has so far taken a total of 249 catches, 10 of which he took as fielders. He also has 8 stumpings to his name. BJ became the first and only wicket-keeper batsman to score a double century in Tests in New Zealand cricket.
