CBI raid in Meerut: CBI searched records of 78 crores in nine hours, took many documents with them.
In Meerut, the CBI team searched a record of 78 crores in nine hours during the raids at four places of Raj Sneh Group. The team has taken a lot of documents with them.
Along with this, information about the matter has also been taken from the bank officials. Four teams reached Meerut on Friday after getting a search warrant from the CBI court in Ghaziabad.
All the teams raided different places simultaneously. All the family members were questioned separately. View all loan documents. Some documents were taken over by the CBI team.
Property details.
It is believed that all the documents will be verified by the CBI team. After that, the team also gathered information about loan approval and property details.
It is believed that in the investigation of the CBI team, action can also be taken against the bank workers. Because the loan amount is very high according to the mortgaged property.
However, directors Ashok Jain and Manoj Gupta told that the value of the property is much higher than the cost of the loan, so the bank has taken the help of CBI.
Locks on the firm fell three years ago.
There was a big showroom and workshop of Maruti vehicles in the name of Raj Sneh located on Mohkampur Delhi Road. Rajsneh’s MD is Ashok Jain and Director is Manoj Gupta.
The stockyard of vehicles was built in Surya Palace. Apart from this, both have also opened their branches and workshops in many places in the city along with showrooms of Nexa and Arena.
There was a showroom on Garh Road and a workshop near Taxila. Opened Arena Showroom in front of CCSU with a workshop near Raj Mandir Mandap on Roorkee Road.
Another showroom of Nexa was opened on Delhi Road and its workshop was also set up in Ritani. Three years ago, both the debt-ridden partners started winding up their business.
Except for Raj Sneh’s TrueValue, all other showrooms and workshops were locked.
CBI raid in Meerut: Director of Raj Sneh.
Ashok Jain told that his three firms had a loan of 65 crores. In the same case, the CBI team had come for questioning. Fully cooperated with the team.
Director Anil Jain said that he had nothing to do with Rajsneh. At that time also worked as an employee.
The information of removal from the post of the director is also on the sites of ROC. Third director Manoj Gupta’s mobile has been found switched off. A message was put on his WhatsApp number.
This is how fraud happens in loans.
In connivance with the officers of the bank, the company takes a loan of more value than that by showing a higher price. The company is left after a loss in business.
Due to this, the bank is not able to meet the loan amount even after selling the firm. Bank officials believe that the loan was taken by showing the high prices of three firms of Raj Sneh.
Even after confiscating the property, the amount of the bank is not being recovered.
