Central And Punjab Governments Will Jointly Investigate: ULM

Central and Punjab governments will jointly investigate the blast, Union Minister Rijiju’s big statement: Ludhiana Blast.

Addressing a press conference in Ludhiana after taking stock of the incident, Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju said that he has had talks with the Chief Minister.

Central and state agencies will work together. The Government of India is working on this incident with full sensitivity.

The Prime Minister has expressed concern about this. This matter will be looked into professionally. I am the Law Minister and I have come if this incident happened in the court.

While there he visited the spot and took a briefing from the Sessions Judge. Took information about the incident from central and state agencies.

Rijiju said that talks have been held with Chief Minister Channi, both the governments will work together. Soon the results will come out.

Central and Punjab governments will jointly investigate the blast: Investigating agencies are doing their job, very soon agencies will reach the conclusion.

The government stands with those who have been injured. All this work has been handled under the leadership of the Sessions Judge.

The courtroom is seen on the court premises. I have come so that people should have confidence that the Government of India will solve this matter and focus will be on that incidents do not happen in future.

Strict action will be taken against those who are trying to spoil the atmosphere of Punjab and the country.

Both governments will work on such sensitive incidents. The instructions of the Prime Minister are to work closely with the state government.

Kiren Rijiju said that this is not the time to find faults. It is a sensitive matter, so don’t make any false statements on this right now.

Agencies will definitely inform the media when the facts come to light. Kiren Rijiju said that I have not come here to do politics nor have I come because of elections.

Where such incidents happen our central teams visit. When the incident happened in the court premises, I have come as Law Minister.

Rape case: Big blow to Ludhiana MLA Simarjit Singh Bains, a petition filed on arrest warrant dismissed.

The court of Judicial Magistrate Harsimranjit Kaur has dismissed an application filed by the counsel of Lok Insaf Party chief and MLA Simarjit Singh Bains seeking withdrawal of the order of issuance of the arrest warrant against him in an alleged rape case.

The court dismissed the application as not maintainable in the eyes of law. The matter was adjourned till January 5, 2022, to record the statement of the concerned policeman.

The statement of police personnel will be written that the accused is not traceable and after that, the process of declaring him as a fugitive is likely to start.

The FIR was registered on the orders of the court in July 2021. But to date, no accused has been arrested.
