ChatGPT Maker OpenAI Accused Of Stealing People’s Data, Lawsuit Filed

ChatGPT maker OpenAI was accused of stealing people’s data, and a lawsuit was filed.

OpenAI has been in the headlines for quite some time now. In November last year, the company launched its AI chatbot ChatGPT.

It is quite popular in the case of Generative AI. OpenAI is currently in the news again for a lawsuit going on in the Federal Court of California.

ChatGPT maker OpenAI was accused of stealing people’s data: Why was OpenAI sued?

The lawsuit alleges that OpenAI has stolen a large number of users’ data from the Internet.

It has been alleged that he is misusing this data. It further states that this data has been used by the company to train its AI tools.

The lawsuit also claims that the company “seized” data exchanged on the Internet according to media reports

For this, the company neither gave notice to the users nor did it take consent. He has not even given compensation to the users for this data.

Speaking to the media, Timothy Giordano, who filed the lawsuit, explained that the company used the personal data of millions of users to develop its technology.

By doing so the company has put those people in an unknown danger. The company has been accused of stealing and misusing data available on the Internet for users of all ages.

Dragged Microsoft too.

The most interesting thing about this lawsuit is that Microsoft has signed a billion-dollar deal with OpenAI. Microsoft has also been made a participant in the suit.

Microsoft and OpenAI have not yet responded to the lawsuit. However, it is not yet known whether the court has agreed to proceed with the legal proceedings against the company.

This budget phone of Itel will be launched soon, many great features will be available in less than Rs 10000.

Earlier this month, the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant of Itel S23 was launched in India for Rs 8,799. Let us tell you that in March the company introduced Itel P40 and Itel A60 in the Indian market.

Amazon has listed the itel handset on its website with 8GB of RAM, which includes 4GB of physical RAM and 4GB of virtual RAM via ‘Memory Fusion’ technology.

Furthermore, the listing claims that the Itel A60s is “India’s first 8GB RAM smartphone under 7K”.
