In view of the border dispute with China, Admiral Karambir Singh, Chief of the Indian Navy reviewed the preparations for the military operation by visiting INS Baz, standing in Campbell Bay of Great Nicobar Island.

On Friday, he also greeted the marines on the eve of Diwali. INS Baz is stationed at this naval airbase located in an area of geographically strategic importance.

Situated in the Indian Ocean, this region is a very important place for passing international sea routes. Due to this, the region has the highest military deployment.

During this, the details of the preparations for the operations and the infrastructure of the command were given to him by Lt. Gen. Manoj Pandey, Commander in Chief of the Andaman and Nicobar Command.

He also briefed Admiral Karambir Singh about the steps to be taken during the security crisis. On this occasion, Admiral Karambir Singh thanked all the soldiers for keeping this important military base operational at all times.

On this occasion, members of the Indian Army, Indian Air Force, Coast Guard, DSC, and GREF were present at the military base. Even civilians working in the defense sector were present.

From this naval airbase, the aircraft is monitored by the southern region of the Bay of Bengal, the southern Andaman Sea, the Mallaka stream, and the southern Indian Ocean.

INS Baz also plays an important role in evacuation, humanitarian aid, relief operations and search operations and rescue operations in the southern Indian Ocean.

This year has not ended yet and ceasefire violations have been done by Pakistan more than 4 thousand times. This information was given by the Indian Army on Friday.

According to the statistics of border violations issued by the army, so far, 4 thousand 52 times the border has been infiltrated by Pakistan. It seems from this that Pakistan cannot elude its actions.

Let me tell you that only 14 days of November have passed and a total of 128 times Pakistan has made efforts to enter the Indian border. The figure for such cases reported in October last month is 394.

At the same time, there are a total of 3 thousand 2 hundred 33 cases of border violation. On Friday, 11 Pakistani soldiers were killed by the Indian Army in retaliation in connection with a border violation.
