CM BS Yeddyurappa said the BPL family would be given 5kg of rice with the help of the central government. There is no special package solution; 5 kg rice to BPL card holders.

CM BS Yeddyurappa said the free meal will be provided at Indira Canteen for the benefit of the poor and the BPL family will be given 5 kg rice with the help of the central government.

BPL cardholder 5kg rice was cut during the Corona hardship. Instead of 5kg rice, 2kg of 2kg rice was offered. There was widespread criticism. Against this backdrop, the government is again offering 5kg of rice.
