CM Jagan Reddy Presented Clothes To Lord Venkateswara

CM Jagan Reddy presented clothes to Lord Venkateswara in Tirumala: Brahmotsavam celebrations. Andhra Pradesh CM Jagan Mohan Reddy reached Tirumala on Wednesday to present the sacred silk cloth to Lord Balaji on the occasion of the ongoing Brahmotsavam.

The Chief Minister, who was in Delhi, flew directly on a special flight to Tirumala and landed at Renigunta Airport at around 3:30 pm on Wednesday. MPs PV Mithun Reddy and V Prabhakar Reddy were with him.

The Chief Minister was welcomed at the airport by TTD President YV Subba Reddy, District MLA, District Joint Collector, Police personnel, and others.

Jagan Mohan Reddy attended the temple program and offered clothes to the Lord and participated in Garuda Seva. As per tradition, Reddy carried a cloth placed in a silver plate over his head and handed it to the priests and officials of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam.

It was told that on Thursday morning, he is seen again and is going to participate in the recitation of Sunderkand. Later, he will participate in the Karnataka Choultry foundation laying program.

He will then fly to Amravati. The chief minister’s visit to the Lord Balaji temple also sparked controversy as opposition TDP leader Chandrababu Naidu demanded his resignation for not signing the manifesto for taking part in the temple program.

For the first time in Andhra Pradesh, the CMs of two states together reached Balaji’s Mandir. For the first time, the state Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy and Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa are seen together. The Chief Minister arrived at the Lord Balaji temple at Tirupati in Chittoor district of the state for darshan on Thursday morning.

Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) President YV Subbareddy, Executive Officer Anil Kumar Singhal, and Additional Executive Officer (EO) Dharam Reddy welcomed the Chief Ministers at the main gate of Lord Balaji Temple, following the rituals and reverence of the temple.

Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy went for darshan without signing the declaration. After the darshan, the Vedic scholars blessed both the chief ministers with Vedic mantras.
