Corona Cases Are Increasing Continuously In India

Corona cases are increasing continuously for few days in the country, a recovery rate of 97.37 percent.

Again, new cases of corona have been reported in the country more than the previous day. According to PIB, 42982 new cases have been reported in the country during the last 24 hours.

While on Wednesday these cases were 42625. Apart from this, 41726 patients have been discharged during this period.

Talking about active cases in India, once again these cases are beyond 4 lakhs. At present, their number is 411076.

The recovery rate in the country has gone up to about 97.37 percent. According to information received from PIB, the weekly positive rate has been below 5 percent, at present, it is 2.37 percent.

At the same time, the positive rate of daily cases is about 2.58 percent, which is being recorded below 3 percent for 10 consecutive days. Talk about corona testing in the country, it is 47.48 crores.

In the case of vaccines, 48.93 crore vaccine doses have been given so far. The number of patients recovering in the country has now reached 30974748.

Center alerts state: festival season is coming, impose restrictions before crowds gather.

Coronavirus Alert! Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan has advised all states to be vigilant in view of the coming festive season amid rising cases of corona infection in many states of the country.

He has written in writing that the state government should consider imposing local restrictions so that crowds or groups of people do not gather on the occasion of upcoming festivals.

He said that in some states, cases of corona infection are still increasing every day.

Referring to ICMR and NCDC, it has been written that both the agencies have expressed the apprehension of the gathering of people regarding festivals.

The festival gatherings can become a super spreader event and the cases of corona infection will increase more rapidly.

The letter reads, ‘The festivals falling under this order are Muharram (August 19), Onam (August 21), Janmashtami (August 30), Ganesh Chaturthi (September 10), and Durga Puja (5 – October 15, 2021), etc.

In view of the possibility of crowd gathering, it has been advised that local restrictions should be implemented in the states so that this does not happen.
