CRPF’s Only Mission, Is To Eradicate Terrorism From J&K

CRPF’s only mission is to eradicate terrorism from Jammu and Kashmir.

CRPF Additional Director General Daljit Singh Choudhary said on Monday that our only mission is to eliminate terrorism in J&K and maintain an atmosphere of peace, security, and trust in the country.

After paying homage to the martyrs of 14th February 2019 at Lethpora, Pulwama today, he said that we will never let the sacrifices of our valiant comrades go in vain, it is our resolve.

JeM suicide terrorist Adil Dar attacked a convoy of vehicles of CRPF personnel by a car laden with explosives coming from Jammu to Srinagar, at Lethpora near Pampore on February 14, 2019.

Forty CRPF personnel were martyred in this attack. The attacking terrorist was also killed.

Tributes were paid to the martyrs of the Pulwama attack in a soulful ceremony at the martyrdom memorial site in Lethpora on the occasion of the third anniversary of the Pulwama attack today.

Talking to reporters after paying tributes to the martyr CRPF personnel, Additional DG CRPF Daljit Singh Choudhary said that every year we gather here on this day to remember the martyrs of Pulwama.

Remembering their sacrifices, we pay tribute to them from the bottom of our hearts. We will not let their sacrifice go in vain.

We will make their mission a success. It is our goal to eliminate terrorism in the Kashmir Valley and to provide an environment of peace, security, and trust to the citizens throughout the country.

He said that in Kashmir, CRPF along with other security agencies is continuously campaigning against the terrorists. Terrorists in the valley are now again saving their lives.

CRPF’s only mission is to eradicate terrorism: Almost all the famous terrorists have been killed and the few who are left will soon be killed or caught.

CRPF personnel SNS Munda after paying homage to his valiant comrades said that the sacrifice of our comrades reminds us to carry forward their mission.

Constable Arup Devnath said that if our enemy thinks that he can break our morale, make us weak, then he thinks wrong. The citizens of our country need not fear.

We always stand ahead to protect them. Our goal is the unity, integrity, and security of the country. We will never go back from it. This is what the martyrs of Pulwama have taught us.
