Dawood is spreading terrorist activities in India, has formed a special squad, NIA has registered a case under UAPA.

Dawood Ibrahim, the mafia who shook Mumbai with bomb blasts about three decades ago, is now spreading terrorist activities all over India.

He has even made a special squad for this. He is delivering money and other material to those working for him through hawala.

After receiving intelligence in this regard, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has registered a case against Dawood and others under various sections of the Unlawful Activities Act (UAPA).

The NIA has received information that top politicians and businessmen living in Delhi and Mumbai are on the target of the infamous Dawood Ibrahim gang by the name of D-Company.

Through his special squad, he has hatched a conspiracy to carry out terrorist incidents across the country. Its main plan is to carry out bomb blasts across the country.

The Union Home Ministry has given permission to the NIA to take action against Dawood and his associates.

An NIA official told the leading media group, that the names of Dawood and his associates have been mentioned in the FIR lodged by the agency.

The official said that Dawood is sending money through hawala to the terrorists working for him spread in the country.

The perpetrators of the Ahmedabad bombings were highly skilled-educated, knew how to mislead the police

The special court, which sentenced 38 criminals to death and 11 to life imprisonment in the bomb blasts three decades ago, has said in its judgment that the criminals involved were highly skilled and educated.

These included some doctors, professors, and computer experts who knew how to turn the course of investigations. Due to this, it was very difficult for the investigating agencies to collect information about him.

According to the judgment uploaded on the special court’s website on Saturday, Special Judge AR Patel observed that despite difficulties, the investigating officers gathered enough evidence against the criminals.

The court said that the circumstantial circumstances along with the evidence have become the basis for the decision.

Let us inform you that on July 26, 2008, 21 bomb blasts took place in Ahmedabad within 70 minutes.

In this 56 people died and more than 200 people were injured. The special court had delivered the verdict in this case on Friday.

In 2008, there were horrific bomb blasts at 21 places in Ahmedabad. The terrorists had hatched a conspiracy to terrorize Surat as well as Ahmedabad.

But the bombs kept there did not explode for some reason. 56 people died in these blasts and more than 200 people were injured.

SIMI and Indian Mujahideen were behind this terrorist attack. The terrorists who were sentenced for the Ahmedabad bombings include terrorists from Madhya Pradesh-Maharashtra to Kerala-Karnataka.

Many of these are from Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh.
