Delhi Court Grants bail To actor Deep Sidhu: Relief given to Punjabi actor Deep Sidhu who is Chief accused in Red Fort violence.
Delhi court grants bail: Tees Hazari court on Saturday granted bail to Deep Sidhu, the main accused in the violence on the Red Fort during the Kisan Tractor Parade in Delhi on 26 January.
On the accused Deep Sidhu bail plea, the Tees Hazari court of Delhi reserved the verdict in the previous hearing. On this, the court on Saturday ruled to approve the bail of Deep Sidhu.
Deep Sidhu has been granted bail on a personal bond of thirty thousand rupees. Along with this, the court has also imposed many restrictions on Deep, but he will have to hand over his passport to the investigating officer.
On the first and 15th of every month or whenever the investigating officer is called, it has to be produced. He must switch on with his mobile phone location share device at all times. Do not tamper with any witness or evidence.
Earlier, during the hearing in the court on 8 April, Deep Sidhu had termed all the allegations against him as baseless. He even said that the Delhi Police had no evidence to prove that he had spread violence or encouraged violence.

The chief accused of the violence on 26 January during the Kisan Tractor Parade had made some arguments in his defense in Tis Hazari court.
In this, Deep Sidhu’s lawyer had said in court that the Delhi Police has no evidence against Lal Kila’s violence against him. He also claimed that he did not provoke people for violence.
He had also said that there was a call by farmer leaders for the Kisan Tractor Parade. Through the lawyer, Deep Sidhu even said that he is not even a member of the farmers union.
