Victim Amit Kumar told the Pink Bagh police station that he works as a cashier in a company located in the Wazirpur Industrial Area. The owner of the company, Madan Lal Goyal, had entrusted him with the responsibility of bringing the cash. From there, he was returning to the company by placing 11 lakh rupees in the scooty. As soon as they reached the Pratap Nagar metro station, only two young men on a bike stopped them. They quarreled with him over the fact that Scooty had hit his bike, while no such incident had taken place.

During the brawl, two companions of the miscreants who came on the other bike escaped sight and took out a bag full of money kept in Scooty’s Diggy and escaped. Later, when Amit’s open Diggy was noticed, his senses flew away. The police are busy identifying the miscreants.
