Delhi Oxygen Shortage: Delhi government seeks army’s help for oxygen supply, letter written to Defense Minister Rajnath Singh.

Coronavirus infection cases in the country’s capital Delhi are continuously breaking records, while the number of deaths is also frightening.

During the 24 hours on Sunday, more than 400 people lost their lives due to the corona, the highest ever death toll.

Meanwhile, in the face of the uncontrolled situation of Corona virus infection in Delhi, the ruling Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi has sought the help of the army.

Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, who reached the vaccination center in East Delhi on Monday, said that he has written to Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and sought the army’s help.

In the letter written to the Union Minister, it was said that the way DRDO has prepared a hospital, more hospitals should be prepared in the same way.

With this, Manish Sisodia has written to the Indian Army seeking help from the oxygen cylinder to all other arrangements.

During this time, Manish Sisodia told the media that oxygen supply of the prescribed quota in Delhi has not been received even on Sunday.

According to Manish Sisodia, only 440 tonnes of oxygen was found out of 590 metric tonnes on Sunday.

While according to the Delhi government, the capital needs 976 metric tonnes of oxygen. In such a situation, a big accident can also happen.

Delhi Oxygen Shortage:Manish Sisodia said that we need immediate help for oxygen supply.

In such a situation, we need help from all the institutions including the central government, army and private sector.

Let us tell you that on Monday, the oxygen plant has started with the help of HCL Foundation at the Covid Care Center in the Commonwealth.

On Monday, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia reviewed the vaccination of people above 18 years of age at a COVID19 vaccination center in Vinod Nagar.

Manish Sisodia said that at present, the program of vaccination of 18-45 years old people has started in 301 centers in 76 schools of Delhi Government.
