Ingredients for making Ginger Chicken Masala.

1. Chicken legs- 4.
2. Onion- 100 grams finely chopped.
3. Coconut- 4 teaspoons grated.
4. Ginger- 2 teaspoons finely chopped.
5. Curry leaves- 2.
6. Fennel seeds- 1 teaspoon.
7. Red chili powder- 1 teaspoon.
8. Cumin seeds- 3 teaspoons.
9. Black pepper- 2 teaspoons.
10. Refined oil- 100 ml.
11. Salt- 1 teaspoon.

Method of making Ginger Chicken Masala.

1. To make Ginger Chicken Masala, first put black pepper, cumin, fennel, and grated coconut in a mixer jar.

2. Then add some water to it and grind it well to make a smooth paste.

3. After this, put some oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.

4. Then add chopped onion and fry it until it becomes light pink.

5. After this add curry leaves and ginger to it and fry it.

6. Then cook it on low flame for 30 to 60 seconds or until the aroma comes.

7. After this, add red chili powder and salt and mix well.

8. Then add chicken pieces and spice paste to it.

9. After this, add about 750 to 800 ml water and mix well.

10. Then boil it until the chicken is cooked and mixed with the spices.

11. Your delicious ginger chicken masala is ready.

12. Take it out in a serving bowl, garnish it with green coriander, and serve with hot rice or roti.
