A simple recipe to prepare Chicken Puffs.
Ingredients.
1. To make tandoori chicken puffs, first prepare the tandoori chicken filling.
2. To prepare the stuffing, add curd, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder and lemon juice in a bowl.
3. Now add boneless chicken pieces mix well and let it marinate for at least half an hour.
4. Once done, cook it in a pan sprayed with oil and then keep it aside.
5. Now, take puff pastry sheets and cut them into small rectangles.
6. After this, place the prepared tandoori chicken filling in each center and fold all the edges well. Make sure that it is sealed properly from all sides.
7. Apply a beaten egg on all the puffs and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes or until it is completely cooked.
8. Finally, serve hot with your favorite chutney.
