DK Shivakumar accused, BJP of defaming Congress: Bengaluru Violence Case.

The Karnataka unit of Congress defended the arrest of Congress councilor and former mayor Sampat Raj in the case of riots in the capital city of Bengaluru.

Sampat Raj was hospitalized after being infected with the coronavirus, but he escaped while undergoing treatment in a private hospital. The police recently arrested an aide from Sampat Raj.

After this, he was arrested. Let me tell you that a relative of Congress MLA R Akhand Srinivas Moorthy had posted an allegedly inflammatory post on Facebook. This was followed by communal riots in Bengaluru on 11 August.
