Mild earthquake tremors have been felt in Karnataka in the morning. The magnitude of the earthquake was 3.4 on the Richter scale.

According to the National Center for Seismology, the epicenter of the earthquake was Gulbarga. The tremors of the earthquake were felt around 6 am.

However, the matter of Rahat is that no news of any kind of damage has come to the fore due to these tremors.

Orange alert issued in some parts of Kerala, there will be thunder in Karnataka and Maharashtra too

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an alert in some areas of Kerala for three days next week.

IMD said on Saturday that there is a possibility of heavy rain in some areas of the state on October 11, 12, 13.

On the other hand, there is a possibility of heavy rains in the coastal areas of Karnataka from October 11 to 13 and in the hinterland in the north on October 10, 12, and 13.

Apart from this, Rayalaseema may also receive rain in the next four days.

According to the Meteorological Department, the southern coastal areas of Andhra Pradesh may also be drenched with rain.

Goa and Konkan may also receive rain on October 11. On the other hand, there is a possibility of rain in Madhya Maharashtra on October 10 and 11.

Heavy rain in Kerala for three days.

Rain-sensitive areas include Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Ernakulam, and Idukki for which an orange alert has been issued.

Many areas of Hyderabad submerged after heavy rains.

Hyderabad received heavy rains on Friday for the second time in less than two weeks, inundating several residential areas. Simultaneously, traffic and power supply were disrupted.

On the other hand, due to floods and excessive rainfall in Bihar, the Kharif crop of the farmers suffered a lot.

The Agriculture Department has sent a report to the Disaster Management Department to compensate the farmers for the loss.

According to the assessment, soon farmers will be provided assistance for proper crop compensation as per rules.

A study published in the International Journal of Climatology claims that strong heatwaves have expanded alarmingly southwards over the past few decades.

Where the daily average temperature has been lower, the increase in an intense heatwave is now proving fatal. The death rate has also increased due to this in Odisha and Andhra Pradesh.
