ED Lodges FIR Against Anil Deshmukh, Sachin Waze Dismissed

ED lodges FIR against Anil Deshmukh, Sachin Waze dismissed. Now ED also lodges FIR against former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh, Sachin was dismissed from police service.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has also filed an FIR against former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh.

Earlier, on the orders of the High Court, the CBI has registered an FIR against him in a corruption case. Deshmukh’s party NCP says that these cases are being registered against Deshmukh with a political vendetta.

The Enforcement Directorate has filed an ECIR under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) based on allegations of bribery charges on Anil Deshmukh by the former Mumbai Police Commissioner Parambir Singh.

Singh had written a letter to Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray alleging that Anil Deshmukh wanted to recover 100 crore rupees every month through police officers.

On the basis of this allegation, the High Court has ordered a CBI inquiry into the entire case. The CBI has also started its investigation on April 24 by registering a case against Deshmukh.

In this case, there were signs of a large amount of transactions. The NIA has also recovereda huge amount from the police officer Sachin Waze who allegedly wanted to recover Rs 100 crore on the behest of Anil Deshmukh.

It is believed that this is why the Enforcement Directorate has also started an investigation in this matter. The ED may soon call the former home minister for questioning.

Now a total of three central investigative agencies have been involved in the investigation of the Antilia case, Mansukh Hiren murder, and the bribery charges against Anil Deshmukh.

The ED may also interrogate some other police officers, including Sachin Waze, former API of Mumbai Police, in this case.

Let us tell you that the case started on February 25 after the explosive-laden Scorpio car was parked near Antilia, the home of industrialist Mukesh Ambani.

Initially, the investigation of the case was handed over to Mumbai Police’s API Sachin Waze. But as soon as the investigation of this case went into the hands of the NIA, the NIA arrested Waze, making him the main accused.

Then in the case of the murder of the alleged owner of Scorpio, Mansukh Hiren, the NIA has also presented Sachin Waze as the main accused.

The Maharashtra government transferred the then Mumbai Police Commissioner Parambir Singh after the NIA extended this investigation.

Home Minister Anil Deshmukh also made a statement that the role of Parambir Singh in Antilia and Sachin Waze case is doubtful.

He has been transferred due to Deshmukh did not like Parambir Singh’s statement and wrote a long letter to Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, sensationalizing Home Minister Anil Deshmukh of recovering Rs 100 crore per month from police officers.

Deshmukh also filed a petition in the case first to the Supreme Court, then to the Mumbai High Court to conduct a probe by CBI. Deshmukh had to resign only after this.

Sachin was dismissed.

Sachin Waze, an accused in the case of industrialist Mukesh Ambani building an explosive laden car outside Antilia and killing the alleged owner of this car Mansukh Hiren, has been dismissed from the service of Mumbai Police.

Waze was suspended since his arrest in both of these cases, and his dismissal process was initiated a few days later.

Mumbai Police Commissioner Hemant Nagrale decided on his dismissal on Tuesday. The NIA has questioned Sachin Waze for several hours.

The CBI has also interrogated him in connection with the allegations of bribe on the former Home Minister. He is currently lodged in Taloja Jail in New Mumbai.
