ED will soon send a third summons to Nawab Malik’s son Faraz, know what is the matter.

Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik’s son Faraz Malik was summoned by the ED on March 15 but he did not appear before the ED.

This was the second summon sent to him, soon he will be sent the third summons as well.

Significantly, Nawab Malik, who was a minister in the Maharashtra government, has been arrested in connection with the underworld.

At the same time, ED wants to question and answer Malik’s son Faraz Malik in the underworld connection case.

Significantly, the Bombay High Court has rejected the petition of Minister Nawab Malik. Nawab Malik had termed his arrest by the ED as illegal.

The ED had arrested Nawab Malik on February 23 in a money laundering case. He is accused of buying land from Dawood Ibrahim and people associated with the Mumbai blasts.

The Bombay High Court has rejected the petition of the Minority Minister (Nawab Malik) in the Maha Vikas Aghadi government of Maharashtra.

Nawab Malik had termed his arrest illegal by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).

The Bombay High Court did not accept the contention of Nawab Malik and said that prima facie there is sufficient evidence against him.

Earlier, the PMLA court in Mumbai has also rejected the argument of Nawab Malik that action is being taken against him for political reasons.

Now it is believed that Nawab Malik will move to the Supreme Court.

The ED had arrested Nawab Malik on February 23 in a money laundering case. He is accused of buying land from Dawood Ibrahim and people associated with the Mumbai blasts.

Nawab Malik is currently lodged in Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai. He filed a petition and appealed to the court that his arrest was illegal.

Hence the case registered against him should be quashed and he should be granted interim bail.
