The district administration has taken this decision on the initiative of the Tehsildar of Katghora section.

Three lakh eight thousand rupees have been received as a fine in the Katghora area itself, which has been handed over to the Jeevandeep Committee of Community Health Center of Katghora.

This is the first case of the district, in which the amount recovered from the fine is being spent for the health care of the Covid patients of the same area.
