Farmers Agitation: Know Why Farmers Cannot Reach Success

Farmers agitation: Know why farmers cannot reach success.

History is witness that no movement reached the stage until it got public support. It would be ironic that for two weeks, there is no support or sympathy for the farmers sitting on the country’s busiest highway (Singhu border).

Even people living around the picket and crossing the border are not only cursing these farmers sitting on the road but are also taking daily hardships and losses due to their dogma.

The manner in which these farmers have announced to intensify the agitation on Wednesday has increased the concern of the people. People are cursing these farmers for fear of untowardness.

Farmers occupied 5 km road

The farmers sitting on the Singhu border are occupying the road for about five kilometers towards Haryana, while the Tekri borders are spread over about two kilometers.

Because of this, the country’s capital Delhi is being disrupted by contact with many states, the daily routine, business, and movement of millions of people living in the surrounding villages and colonies are also being affected.

This is the reason that people have less sympathy and more anger towards these farmers. Even on Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, and Instagram, there is nothing special to support them and there is a lot of response in the protest.

Daily financial losses

Rajesh Gupta, who works on the property on the Singhu border, says that he has lost several lakh rupees due to these farmers in the last 13 days.

Earlier, a commission of 15 to 20 thousand rupees was made daily, whereas now no one is coming to their office.

Many people have lost their business

Mukesh Panwar, who works as a motor mechanic on the Singhu border, says that his business has collapsed due to the performance. When there is no movement on the highway, how will anyone come to repair the car?

Atul Aggarwal, who runs a grocery store, also expresses the same agony. Said, seeing the chic things of these farmers, it seems that they have no problem.

But by occupying the highway, they have definitely disturbed millions of people. Vijay Gupta, a resident of Singhu village is a government employee.

He said it has become difficult for daughters-in-law to leave the house. Seeing the atmosphere of the border, there is a fear for the children and the elderly too.

At the same time, retired Deputy Civil Surgeon Dr. Mundra, who lives in Bahadurgarh, Haryana, also said that if the farmers violate the rights of others for the demands, then an atmosphere will be formed against them, not in favor.
