Four Teams Qualified In The Super 12 Of T20 World Cup 2022

Four teams qualified in the Super 12 of T20 World Cup 2022. These four teams are Bangladesh, Namibia, Scotland, and Sri Lanka.

The ICC T20 World Cup 2021 is going on in the UAE, but in the meantime, a big announcement has been made about the T20 World Cup to be held in Australia next year.

Super 12 teams were announced through Round 1 for the T20 World Cup being played in UAE and Oman.

But from this tournament, some teams of the Super 12 teams have been announced for the T20 World Cup to be held in 2022.

In fact, Bangladesh, Namibia, Scotland, and Sri Lanka have confirmed their place in the Super 12 of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup to be held in Australia in 2022.

Chris Tetley, Head of ICC Events, said, “We have already seen some incredibly competitive cricket in the first round of the Men’s T20 World Cup in Bangladesh, Namibia, Scotland, and Sri Lanka taking their place in the Super 12. ”

He continued, “Namibia and Scotland, in particular, have shown us some great performances over the past two weeks that see T20 cricket bolstering the game’s global growth.

We look forward to seeing which of the four teams are now in Australia.” The remaining places and which teams come for the next year’s qualifiers in 2022.” T20 World Cup 2022 will start in October.

There is still a lot in this tournament to qualify for the Super 12 for the 2022 tournament in Australia. The winner or runner-up of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021 will secure their place.

Apart from this, the six highest-ranked teams can secure their place in the Super 12 of the 2022 T20 World Cup.

The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022 will feature 16 teams playing 45 matches across the country, the biggest global sporting event to be held in Australia next year.
