Government Should Set Up A Special Crime Tribunal In Kashmir

Government should set up a special crime tribunal to investigate the genocide of Kashmiri Pandits in Kashmir Valley: Panun Kashmir.

Panun Kashmir has urged the government to constitute a Special Crime Tribunal to investigate the massacre of  Kashmiri Pandits in the Kashmir Valley.

Panun Kashmir also expressed anger that even today the massacres are roaming in the open. Atrocities and massacres of Kashmiri Pandits are happening in the valley even today.

Minority leaders are being selectively killed. This is happening due to the weakness of the intelligence system and weak security system. On Monday, the officials of Panun Kashmir said these things in an online tribute program.

Panun Kashmir pays tribute to Kashmiri Pandits martyred in 1997.

Panun Kashmir organized a tribute program in the year 1997 in memory of Kashmiri Pandits who were victims of the brutality of terrorists. During this, floral tributes were paid to the portrait of the martyrs.

General Secretary Kamal Bagati conducted the tribute day program organized under the chairmanship of Panun Kashmir President Virendra Raina.

The tributes were paid to martyrs Sushil Kumar Bhat, Ravinder Kabu, and Ashok Raina, who were killed by terrorists in 1997 when they were on their way to Gool to join the lecturer job.

Besides these, tributes were also paid to two other martyrs Kanya Lal Duda and Shiban Lal Garib, who was brutally killed near Sarthal-Kishtwar.

Panun Kashmir also paid tribute to Rakesh Pandita, who was recently martyred by terrorists in Tral, Kashmir.

In the program, Panun Kashmir President Virendra Raina said that some people want to kill democracy and push Kashmir into the trough.

In such a situation, the statement of Congress leader Digvijay Singh reconsidering 370 is shameful. His statement coincides with the view of the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan.

On the other hand, General Secretary Kamal Bagati said that due to the failure of intelligence and security lapse, BJP leaders are being killed in the Valley.

Government should set up a special crime tribunal: Kamal Bagati said that the government should make arrangements for the tight security of minority leaders.

Apart from personal security, he also raised the demand for giving the benefit of the Prime Minister’s employment package to Kashmiri Pandits.

On the other hand, Upinder Kaul said that a Special Crime Tribunal should be constituted to investigate the massacre.

At the end of the program, Gayatri Mantra and Shanti recitation were organized and one minute silence was observed.

Panun Kashmir Youth Convenor Sameer Bhat, Ashok Chungu, PK Bhan, Kewal Krishna, and Sameer Mattoo, Vimala Chungu, etc. were present in the program.
