Ingredients for making Hara Bhara Kabab

  1. Spinach – 250 grams
  2. Peas – 100 grams
  3. Cottage cheese – 100 grams
  4. Potatoes – 2 medium-sized
  5. Onion – 1 medium-sized
  6. Garlic – 3-4 cloves
  7. Ginger – 1-inch piece
  8. Green chilies – 2
  9. Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
  10. Kasuri methi – 1 teaspoon
  11. Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
  13. Cumin powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  14. Red chili powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  15. Mango powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  16. Salt – according to taste
  17. Oil – for frying
  18. Bread crumbs – 1/2 cup
  19. Curd – 1/2 cup
  20. Mint leaves – 1/4 cup

Hara Bhara Kebab Recipe: Method of making Hara Bhara Kabab

  1. First of all, wash spinach, peas, and potatoes thoroughly and put them in the cooker. Add some salt and water and let the cooker whistle 2-3 times. After the vegetables are completely melted, cool them and grind them in a mixer.
  2. Now grind onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilies and make a paste. Heat oil in a pan and fry this paste. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, dry mango powder, and garam masala and mix well.
  3. After this, add paneer, kasuri methi, coriander leaves, and salt to the ground vegetable mixture and mix well. Then add roasted masala to it and mix.
  4. Then make small kebabs from this mixture. Wrap each kebab in bread crumbs.
  5. The kebabs should now be fried in hot oil until browned.
  6. Then add curd, mint leaves, salt, and a little water and grind in a mixer.
  7. Now serve the fried kebabs with curd chutney.
