HC rebukes Delhi government, says- The waiting list for beds makes no sense.

The Delhi HC on Friday said that there is no point in making a waiting list for beds in hospitals on the Delhi government’s website.

Delhi HC said people go to the hospital only in emergencies and the due to Covid-19 epidemic do not want to wait these days.

The High Court also suggested that patients from weaker sections be given steamers and thermometers along with medicines such as paracetamol as an aid during covid-19.

A bench of Justices Vipin Sanghi and Rekha Palli dismissed the plea of ​​a lawyer, and that there was no point in making a waiting list for beds in hospitals.

The lawyer said that the waiting list about beds on the government’s website needs to be constantly updated.

HC rebukes Delhi government: Nobody wants to wait in a difficult hour.

The court said, “If someone needs an oxygen bed, then it is an emergency.” No one goes to the hospital without an emergency … It will not work if you register today and your number will come in the evening.

Nobody wants to wait in this difficult hour. Advocate Praveen Sharma said that people do not know much, so if the waiting list is uploaded on the website, it will increase transparency.

Central Government will deploy Nodal Officer.

The bench held several hours of hearing on cases related to Covid-19.

Additional Solicitor General Chetan Sharma, appearing for the Center, told the court that the Nodal Officer is being deployed by the military forces to cooperate with the Delhi government.

This will help facilities like the installation of cryogenic tankers.

The minimum temperature dropped to 4-5 degrees in Delhi, clouds will rain again in these states today.

In the country facing severe heat, rain has tried to improve the situation. Light to moderate rains was recorded in some states in the south and west of the last 24 countries.

At the same time, minimum temperatures have come down in Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and North Madhya Pradesh, including the capital Delhi.

Skymet has predicted that light to moderate rains may occur over Sub Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, and parts of Kerala in the coming 24 hours.

Also, heavy rains are expected at one or two places in these areas. Apart from this, light to moderate rain over parts of Jharkhand, Bihar, parts of central and eastern Uttar Pradesh.

Odisha, Vidarbha, Marathwada, Madhya Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Andaman and Nicobar Island, parts of Telangana, and light rain in Lakshadweep and some parts of Madhya Pradesh. Might be possible.
