1. Sabudana – 1 cup (soaked and squeezed)
2. Potatoes – 3 medium size (boiled and mashed)
3. Half a cup of roasted, finely ground peanuts
4. Green chilies – 2-3 (finely chopped)
5. Rock salt – according to taste
6. Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon
7. Desi ghee – 2-3 teaspoons
8. Green coriander – 2-3 teaspoons (finely chopped)
9. Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon (optional)
10. Water for steaming – as per requirement

1. First, wash the sabudana and soak it in water for 4-5 hours. Then mash it lightly.
2. Now mash the boiled potatoes, add peanuts, green chilies, rock salt, and coriander powder, and mix well.
3. After this make small balls of soaked sabudana. Roll each dough ball thinly with a rolling pin.
4. Now fill the middle with stuffing and fold the edges to shape it into momos.
5. Then boil water in a big vessel. Add momos to it and boil for 5-7 minutes.
6. After this, when the momos start floating on top, they understand that they are cooked.
7. Finally, serve the boiled momos hot with green chutney or curd.
