ICC probing Taliban war crimes, International Court of Justice activated on Human Rights Watch complaint.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) has opened an investigation after the human rights organization lifted the killing of the Taliban in Afghanistan.

The Taliban have killed innocent civilians, women, and children, especially in the city of Spin Boldak, bordering Pakistan, in Kandahar province.

Here relatives of provincial officials, army, and police employees were first detained, then shot dead. In some places, incidents of beheading have been reported.

Human Rights Watch Associate Director Asia Patricia Gosman said the Taliban detained 300 people here and took them to an undisclosed location.

Although Taliban leaders have denied human rights violations, conditions on the ground suggest that innocent civilians are being persecuted.

Now the International Criminal Court (ICC) has started investigating war crimes here.

Patricia Goshman said that the United Nations, America, and other countries should send a strong message to the Taliban to stop this process of killing.

Goshman said that a hundred bodies have been found in Spin Boldak, while the missing three hundred people are yet to be traced.

According to the news agency, the Taliban’s black laws have resumed after the capture of the districts in Afghanistan. Terrorists are forcibly marrying girls from Afghan families here.

A decree has been issued for men to pray daily in the mosque, wear a cap and grow a beard. Sharai laws, which were applicable before 2001, have also been started on women.

However, Taliban spokesman Suhail Shaheen said two days ago that a moderate approach would be adopted. Women will have the freedom to work.

According to the leading news agency, the Afghan army has also started taking help of helicopters in airstrikes.

Helicopters were fired at Taliban positions in Balkh province. 81 Taliban terrorists were killed in this operation. The vehicles and ammunition of the terrorists were completely destroyed in the airstrike.

It is known that the Taliban have captured more than two hundred districts. In order to free them, the Afghan army has started work on the strategy of expelling the Taliban.

According to Reuters, US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin has expressed concern about the rapidly occupying Taliban in Afghanistan.

Speaking to reporters in Alaska, he said it was necessary for the Afghan army to act and slow down the rapid pace of occupation of Taliban districts.
