IND vs WI: West Indies Team Announced For T20 Series

IND vs WI: West Indies team announced 19 hours in advance for the T20 series against India, and the veteran returned.

Cricket West Indies has announced its 16-man squad for the T20 series against India and New Zealand. The T20 series with India starting tomorrow is being operated by Kent Water Purifiers.

The first match of the T20 series will be played at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Trinidad.

The five-match T20 series will be played from July 29 to August 7. After Trinidad, both the teams will go to St. Kitts for the second and third T20 matches.

After this, the fourth and final match of the series will be played in Lauderhill, Florida.

2nd T20- 01 August (St Kitts).

3rd T20 – 02 August (St Kitts).

4th T20 – 06 August Lauderhill, Florida.

Fifth T20- 07 August Lauderhill, Florida.

After the end of the T20 series against India, the Caribbean players will face New Zealand at home. During this, a three-match T20 series will be played between the two teams.

The matches against the Kiwi team will be played from Wednesday 10 August to Sunday 14 August. All the matches of the Kiwi team will be held at Sabina Park in Jamaica.

Schedule of T20 series against New Zealand:

1st T20 – August 10, Sabina Park, Jamaica.

2nd T20 – August 12, Sabina Park, Jamaica.

3rd T20 – August 14, Sabina Park, Jamaica.

Caribbean star batsman Shimron Hetmyer has become fit for the upcoming series and is ready to take the field. At the same time, Sheldon Cottrell is still recovering from the injury.

Apart from this, all-rounder, Fabian Allen will be unavailable in the upcoming series due to personal reasons.
