India Declared 18 People Living In Pakistan As Terrorists

India declared 18 People living in Pakistan as terrorists, Dawood and Hafiz are close to Saeed.

The Home Ministry has officially included 18 terrorists living in Pakistan in the list of Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA).

In this way, the total number of terrorists declared in this list has gone up to 31. In August last year, by amending the UAPA, the government also made a provision to put the person on the terrorist list.

Earlier only organizations were kept in the terrorist lists.

Of the 18 terrorists who have been included in the list on the instructions of Home Minister Amit Shah, five are Lashkar-e-Taiba, four Jaish-e-Muhammad, three Hizbul Mujahideen, four close to Dawood Ibrahim, and two Indian Mujahideen terrorists.

Among the LeT terrorists, Sajid Mir and Yusuf Muzamil are accused of the Mumbai attack. At the same time, Hafiz Saeed’s relative Abdur Rahman Makki is the head of the political and foreign affairs of Lashkar.

Shahid Mehmood is the deputy chief of Lashkar’s undercover organization Fala-e-Insaniyat. Apart from this, Farhatullah Ghori, accused of assault in Akshardham in 2002 and Hyderabad in 2005, is also on the list.

Lashkar’s leader Hafiz Saeed has already been included in the list of terrorists.

Abdul Rauf Asghar, Athar Ibrahim, and Yusuf Azhar of Jaish, who hijacked the Kandahar plane in 1999, have been declared terrorists for the first time.

Syed Muhammad Yusuf Shah, who sent Jaish terrorists to attack in India, is also on the terrorist list. Jaish kingpin Azhar Masood is already on this list.

Riyaz Bhatkal and Iqbal Bhatkal, who formed the Indian Mujahideen in India and later fled to Pakistan, will also be declared terrorists. Dawood Ibrahim had already been declared a terrorist.

Now four of his colleagues have been included in this list. Dawood’s younger brother Muhammad Anees Sheikh and close Chhota Shakeel have also been declared terrorists.

Tiger Memon and Javed Chikna, accused of the 1993 Mumbai blasts, have also been placed on the new list.

It will affect

A senior home ministry official said that after being declared a terrorist, any kind of relationship with them and the person or entity that deals with the transaction can be clamped under UAPA.

Earlier, the screws were only tightened on individuals having links with organizations declared as terrorists.
