India In UN Said- Israel, Palestine Should Avoid Unilateral Action

India In UN Said- Israel, Palestine Should Avoid Unilateral Action. India has said in the United Nations that Israel and Palestine should adopt a dialogue path to maintain peace.

All the issues will be resolved by that. Also, both should avoid one-sided action.

K Nagaraj Naidu, Deputy Permanent Representative of the UN Security Council of India, said in a meeting related to Israel and Palestine on Friday that we believe that the resolution of issues and peace can only come from mutual talks between the two sides.

The people of Israel and Palestine also want the same. One-sided action confounds matters and diverts attention from issues. Naidu said that India appreciates that the election in Palestine is moving forward.

At the United Nations, India expressed concern that the Corona effect was being exerted on the people of the Gaza Strip due to poor health infrastructure.

In such a situation the vaccine should be made available immediately to the people of Palestine including Gaza. To overcome the epidemic, it is important that the availability of the vaccine is the same everywhere.

Naidu termed recent diplomatic efforts to revive stalled peace talks as encouraging and said that the meetings of the Special Ambassador of ‘Quartet’ (the four major powers engaged in peacekeeping in West Asia) have been held in time.

India has asked ‘Quartet’ to start talks with Israel and the Palestinian leadership.

Naidu said that India welcomes all efforts aimed at strengthening the collective commitment of the international community to resume direct dialogue and carry forward the peace process.
