India will become global power under PM Modi, No one can stop India from becoming a global power under PM Modi: South Korean envoy.

South Korea’s Ambassador to India Shin Bongkil said that it was a privilege to serve in this country. This is a great opportunity for me to serve in this great country, which is emerging as a world superpower.

India will achieve the top-3 (position) in the world under the leadership of PM Modi. India may have suffered a lot in the second wave of Corona, but I believe that this crisis cannot stop the rise of India.

Even after the Corona crisis, no one can stop this great country from rising as a global superpower.

The ambassador said that the ties between the two countries have never been better and have strengthened further during the COVID pandemic.

Even though the whole world has faced the situation of Corona, but till now a special relationship between the President of Korea and Prime Minister of India Modi has been better than ever before in history.

This is the best time. He also recalled the time when South Korea sent necessary medical equipment to aid India against the devastating second wave of the corona pandemic.

South Korea approves seven WTO approved vaccines.

He said that people with any of the 7 vaccines approved by the World Trade Organization are allowed from July 1. There is no exemption from the two-week quarantine for those vaccinated with Covaxin.

PM Modi and other high dignitaries are exempted from the above norms.

The ambassador also said that Indians will be able to freely enter South Korea with a fully co-shield vaccine, which is set to withdraw the mandatory two-week quarantine guidelines from July 1.

The South Korean ambassador said he has met heads of pharmaceutical companies.

The companies including Hyderabad-based Covid vaccine maker Bharat Biotech, who have shown a willingness to strengthen cooperative ties with Korean companies.

On vaccines, he said that only India has the capability to develop the entire process of production of COVID vaccines and many other countries do not have the technology or resources.
