Indian Army Personnel are always on the border of the country. Learn why there is increasing tension between the soldiers who give us peace and security.

Today if we all are able to sleep peacefully at night, then only because of the soldiers stationed at the border. Indian Army personnel are always on the border of the country.

Often we have to lose our troops due to border disputes or nefarious antics of the neighboring country, but according to the recent report of the United Service Institution of India.

The largest defense tank of the Ministry of Defense, the Indian Army has to commit suicide every year against enemy action. , Due to mutual disputes and untoward incidents, more soldiers are being lost.

According to the study conducted by the USI, every year the army is losing more than 100 soldiers i.e. one soldier every third day due to suicide and other incidents.

Apart from this, due to stress, soldiers are prone to other serious diseases like high blood pressure, heart disease, psychosis, neurosis. This does not leave even officers posted in large posts untouched.

Indian armed forces have a different work culture of their own. There is a provision to develop an understanding of affiliation and accountability in order to maintain a sense of harmony among all.

Today’s soldiers are more educated and aware than ever before, so it is important for officers to understand their needs.

Army personnel is committing suicide due to family pressure, property disputes, financial problems, and marital problems apart from the mental pressures they get in the job.

The soldiers are also under tremendous pressure due to their long involvement in counter-terrorism operations in Jammu and Kashmir and North-Eastern states.

Sometimes the tension increases so much that the soldiers have to take steps like suicide.

There is a need that steps should be taken to improve the living arrangements of the jawans to deal with this problem.

Facilities like keeping jawans with family, providing easy holidays, and prompt grievance redressal should also be improved. Mental Wellness Week should be organized.

In which with the help of psychologists, art of living, meditation experts, and yoga teachers, the jawans and officers can be relieved.

For this, military personnel, officers, and their families should be included in special counseling if needed. At the same time, soldiers should be made proud by organizing patriotic programs and honors.

They should not be allowed to feel that they have made any mistake by coming into the army.
