Infosys Q4 Net Profit: Fourth quarter result of Infosys was excellent, net profit increased by 7.8 percent.
The fourth quarter of the financial year 2022-23 was excellent for Bengaluru-based IT company Infosys.
The company, which competes in the market with companies like Tata Consultancy Services and Wipro, has achieved annual growth of 7.8 percent in its net profit in the March quarter of FY 2023.
In this way, now the net profit of the company has increased to Rs 6,128 crore.
In a statement after the quarterly results, Infosys CEO and MD Salil Parekh said, “As the environment has changed, we see strong interest from our clients for efficiency, cost, and such opportunities, resulting in a large deal pipeline.”
How are the figures?
Infosys reported a net profit of Rs 6,128 crore in the fourth quarter of FY2023, compared to Rs 5,686 crore net profit a year ago.
In this way, there was an increase of more than 7 percent this year on an annual basis. The net profit for FY23 has increased by 9 percent, taking the company’s full-year net profit to Rs 24,095 crore.
Infosys Q4 Net Profit: Jump In Revenue.
Infosys’ revenue has also jumped. The company has reported a 16 percent year-on-year growth in its revenue for the fourth quarter of FY2023, with revenue for the quarter at Rs 37,441 crore.
While for the full year, revenue grew by 20.7 percent at Rs 146,767 crore. Infosys has given sales boom steering of 4-7 in step with cent for FY24.
Let us tell you that after the Q3 results in January this year, the company increased the estimated band from 16 to 16.5 percent, which was earlier estimated at 15-16 percent.
At the same time, its rival company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has made a profit of 14.8 percent in the fourth quarter of the financial year 2022-23, taking the company’s net profit to Rs 11,392 crore
