IS Group Attacked Media Workers In Eastern Afghanistan

IS group attacked media workers in eastern Afghanistan, intelligence group SITE gave information.

The Islamic State (IS) claimed responsibility for the attack on three female media workers in eastern Afghanistan on Tuesday evening.

According to intelligence agency SITE, the militant group in Afghanistan said that its fighters attacked three female employees of the television station in Jalalabad.

The three women who worked for Enikas TV were between 18 and 20 years old. All of them were returning from their work.

On Tuesday, female media persons were shot and killed in two separate incidents of attack. The three women worked for a local radio and TV station.

These women used to dub popular plays in India and Turkey in the local language of Afghanistan, Dari, and Pashtu.

At the same time, two other female journalists, Shehnaz and Sadia were returning home after work, when they were shot and killed. Two people have also been injured in this attack.

No organization has yet claimed responsibility for these incidents. Afghanistan is considered a dangerous country for journalists in the world.

Along with these three murders, 15 media persons have been killed in Afghanistan in the last six months.

India lashed out at Pakistan at the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC). India said that even after going through the terrible phase of Pakistan’s economic situation.

Here, the human rights of minorities and other communities are being violated in an institutional manner.

India responded to the statement of the Pakistani representative at the 46th session of the Human Rights Council, saying that Pakistan is misusing this platform to spew venom against India.

In the permanent mission of India in Geneva, First Secretary Pawan Kumar Badhe said that Pakistan, which is facing a severe economic situation, is advised not to waste the time of the Human Rights Council and first stop giving shelter to the terrorists.
