ISI has issued a protocol to spread terrorism in Kashmir, know what is the new decree for terrorists.

Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI has issued new guidelines for terrorists going to Kashmir after training.

The purpose of this guideline is to keep an eye on all the actions of all terrorist organizations and keep them under control.

It has given strict instructions that any terrorist going to Kashmir with training from Pakistan will not go with the luggage of Pakistan Mark, but the ISI will provide it separately.

Along with this, every terrorist going to Kashmir has also been asked to submit his passport within 15 days.

According to these guidelines, relatives of terrorists coming from Pakistan to Kashmir will have to submit their information and photographs to the nearest office of Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI.

Apart from this, CCTV will be installed in the offices of terrorist organizations and its server control will be with the ISI.

At the same time, the terrorist Tanzim were asked to give complete information about the new recruitment to the ISI and they would be able to join any Tanzim only after the approval of the ISI.

In addition, the ISI handed over 20 lakhs to Mumtaz Ahmed of Hizbul to repair the outer wall of Shamsul Haq terrorist training camp Muzaffarabad of Muzaffarabad.

20 lakh rupees were given to Aamir Khan, second in command of Hizbul to organize riots, rallies, and demonstrations in Kashmir valley. The ISI has also given 45 lakhs to the families of the slain terrorists.

Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI’s  Brigadier Ashfaq has given assurance of providing more and more weapons to the terrorists on the question.

The ISI has provided the terrorists a list of politically active people in Kashmir and has asked them to target and kill them.
