He had decided to place this IED in the bus stand but he was caught earlier.

Following this motivator, Suhail came in contact with Alabdar who had tasked him to set up an IED plant. It was a test of Suhail in a way.

If he had come to Kashmir by fitting an IED, he would have become an active terrorist of Alabdar by now. Police are also investigating Suhail’s social media network to find out who he used to follow and with whom he interacted.
