K Surendran says Shiv Sena and Congress are violating media freedom.

There is a strong suspicion that the Chief Minister was directly involved in the gold smuggling case along with the accused Swapna Suresh, and former Principal Secretary Sivasankaran.

BJP state president K Surendran said that neither the Chief Minister of Kerala nor the ministers nor the Leader of the Opposition protested against the arrest of journalist Arnab Goswami.

All of them would have reacted if such incidents had taken place in any BJP-ruled state in India. Surendran alleged that the Shiv Sena and the Congress were violating media freedom and that the Left was a selective reactionary party.

Surendran said the reason for the government’s decision not to allow the CBI to enter Kerala was because the probe into the gold smuggling case and the Vadakancherry Life Mission scam had reached the Chief Minister and his family.

He told reporters that the government was trying to block the investigation of the central agencies to save its own timber.

There is a strong suspicion that the Chief Minister was directly involved with the accused in the gold smuggling case, Swapna Suresh, and former Principal Secretary Sivasankaran.

The party secretary and his son are facing serious charges. The government should not think that the cases being investigated by the CBI will be boxed in if the investigation is disrupted.

The cases being investigated by the CBI will take place in Kerala itself. It will prove the truth by overcoming all the resistance raised by the CPM and the state government.

Pinarayi should remember that it is not the Congress that rules the Center. Surendran warned that the central government knows how to take strong action in case of a clash.

At present, all the cases being investigated by the CBI are being referred to as the Chief Minister.

Pinarayi Vijayan is taking such an anti-democratic approach out of fear of it. K Surendran said that the raid on Bineesh Kodiyeri’s house was proof of the CPM’s corruption.

The CPM central leadership is protecting Kodiyeri and Pinarayi because of their role in Bineesh’s corruption. The Kerala Cricket Association should be investigated.
