Karnataka: 6 killed in Hirenagavali blast, Prime Minister Modi expressed grief; Comforted families.

Several senior officials including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa, and Mines and Geology Minister Murugesh Nirani on Tuesday on the deaths due to the explosion in Hirenagavalli in Chikkaballapur, Karnataka. Has expressed sorrow and ordered action against the culprits. ‘

Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted, ‘I am saddened by the deaths due to the accident in Chikkaballapur. Consoling the afflicted families. I wish the injured well soon. ‘ Karnataka Home Minister Basavaraj Bommai inspected the accident site.

The Minister of Mines and Geology said, ‘After the Shivamoga blast, such an accident is unfortunate. The government will get the matter investigated and take action against the accused involved.

Chikkaballapur District Collector Dr. K Sudhakar inspected the site. He said, ‘I am shocked by this incident. It was kept illegally.

Strong action will be taken on this. State Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa said, “6 people died near Hirenagavalli village which is astonishing.

The District Magistrate has ordered senior officials to investigate the matter and take strict action against the culprits”.

In Hirenagavali of Chikkaballapur district, an explosion of gelatin sticks occurred. Minister of State Sudhakar said that these sticks were kept illegally. Strong action will be taken on this.

Last month, 6 people were killed in an explosion during illegal mining in Shivamogga in the Karnataka state, following which Chief Minister Yeddyurappa has directed the Deputy Commissioners of the state to stop illegal mining activities immediately.

Meanwhile, with the fall of the Congress government in Puducherry on Monday, a new chapter has been added in the politics here.

So far, only four governments in this union territory have been able to complete their tenure, while six governments, including the government of V. Narayanasamy, have failed to complete their tenure.

The Congress lost power only two-three months before the assembly elections in Puducherry.

Chief Minister V. Narayanasamy’s government, which was in crisis due to the resignation of the Congress legislators last month, finally collapsed on Monday.

With this, the Congress government has now remained in only three states – Punjab, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh. Apart from this, the party is involved in coalition governments in Maharashtra and Jharkhand
