Karnataka Bandh announced by Muslim organizations today, they said – High Court’s decision is against Shariat: Hijab Controversy.

Angered by the Karnataka High Court’s decision on the hijab case, the leaders of the Muslim community have called a Karnataka bandh today.

The issue of banning the hijab in educational institutions is still not settled. Many organizations are protesting against the decision of the Karnataka High Court in the Hijab controversy.

Some Muslim organizations have called for Karnataka Bandh today.

Verdict against Shariat.

The effect of bandh has been seen in Shivajinagar of capital Bengaluru.

Ali Jan, vice-president of the Stephen Square Merchant Association in Shivajinagar, said the High Court’s decision was against the Shariat.

What is the High Court’s decision?

The Karnataka High Court gave a big verdict on the Hijab controversy this Tuesday. The High Court had dismissed various petitions challenging the ban on hijab in educational institutions.

During the hearing, the High Court observed that wearing a hijab is not a compulsory religious practice of Islam.

The court had also said that no case is made out for invalidating the government order of February 5.

The court also said that the prescription of school uniforms is a reasonable restriction on which the student cannot object.

Hearing will be held in Supreme Court.

A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court against the decision of the Karnataka High Court. The matter will be heard in the Supreme Court after the Holi festival.

The petitioner students had sought an early hearing from the Supreme Court on the matter.

But the Supreme Court made it clear that it is not possible to hear the matter as of now. The Supreme Court will hear the Hijab case only after the Holi holidays.

Hindu army also reached Supreme Court.

At the same time, a caveat has also been filed in the Supreme Court on behalf of the Hindu Sena.

Surjeet Yadav, the national vice president of Hindu Sena, has filed a caveat and said that before passing any order, his plea should also be heard.

He says that educational institutions have their own uniforms. Uniforms should be worn in institutions. It is wrong to wear a hijab.
