The Karnataka government has banned dance programs at parties, clubs, pubs, and restaurants held on New Year’s Eve from December 30 for four days.

Actually, new cases of corona are not coming down in Karnataka. This is the reason why the government has taken this decision.

With the arrival of 1,240 new cases of the corona, the total number of infections has increased to 9,04,665 lakhs.

In Karnataka, six more people died due to infection due to which the death toll in the epidemic has risen to 11,971 in the state.

According to a bulletin issued by the Health Department, in the last 24 hours, 1,403 patients were discharged from hospitals after being cured. The state now has 15,205 under-treated patients.

So far, total cases of corona infection have increased to 9,05,901 in Karnataka, out of which 11,981 patients have died. However, 8,77,199 patients have also been cured.

Talking about the country, 24,010 new cases of covid-19 were reported in one day. With this, the number of infection cases in the country has crossed 99.56 lakh.

However, more than 94.89 lakh people have also become infection-free. According to information shared by the Union Health Ministry, a total of 99,56,557 cases of infection have been reported in the country so far.

While the death toll from the epidemic has increased to 1,44,451 with 355 more deaths in the last 24 hours. has gone.

The mortality rate from corona in the country is 1.45 percent. The number of patients undergoing treatment for 11 consecutive days in the country is less than four lakhs.

At present 3,22,366 people are undergoing treatment for corona infection in various hospitals of the country. This is 3.24 percent of the total cases.
