Kashmiri Pandits Want Their Participation In Vidhan Sabha

Kashmiri Pandits want their participation in Vidhan Sabha: Kashmiri Pandit.

Kashmiri Pandits, who have been facing the pain of displacement for the last 30 years, now want community participation in the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly.

That is why the Kashmiri Pandit Samaj is now raising demands to reserve five seats in the Assembly. Kashmiri organizations are meeting among themselves to take up this demand in a forceful manner.

Shaadi Lal Pandita, who is fighting for the rights of displaced Kashmiri Pandits in Nagrota Jagati, said that for the last thirty years.

Displaced Kashmiri Hindus have been voting for their respective constituencies in Kashmir at polling booths in Jammu or Udhampur.

In the hope that after winning the election, these representatives will raise the talk of Kashmiri Pandits. But those who win by taking votes do not even look back.

In such a situation, the voice of the right of Kashmiri Pandits remains there. Therefore, it is very important for the displaced Kashmiri Hindus to have their representative in the assembly.

At the same time, Virendra Raina, the head of Panun Kashmir, an organization of Kashmiri Hindus, says that for the development of Kashmiri Hindus, now the Assembly should participate.

Therefore, where there is a good population of Kashmiri Pandits in the valley, seats should be reserved for displaced Kashmiri Hindus.

RK Bhatt, the head of Youth All India Kashmiri Samaj said that for the last thirty years, Kashmiri Pandits cast their votes for the Legislative Assembly.

But the one who is voting does not have any familiarity with the society in the right way. But even though the displaced Kashmiri Hindus have now migrated and been displaced, they still cast the vote for Assembly.

But where are the development of displaced Kashmiri Hindus in it. Votes are taken and the winning representative does not raise the voice of Kashmiri Hindus. Now the time has come that Kashmiri Pandits want reservation in the assembly.
