For kachori: Keema Kachori recipe

  1. 2 cups flour.
  2. 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  3. 1/4 teaspoon celery.
  4. 2 tablespoons ghee.
  5. Water (as required).
  6. Oil (for frying).

For mince: Keema Kachori recipe

  1. 500 grams mince.
  2. 1 large onion (finely chopped).
  3. 2 green chilies (finely chopped).
  4. 1 inch ginger (grated).
  5. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder.
  6. 1 teaspoon coriander powder.
  7. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala.
  8. 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder.
  9. Salt to taste.
  10. 1/4 cup curd.
  11. Green coriander (finely chopped).
  12. Oil (for frying).

Method to make Keema Kachori

  1. First of all, add flour, salt, celery, and ghee in a large vessel and mix well.
  2. Now gradually add water while kneading a soft dough. For 15 to 20 minutes, keep the dough covered.
  3. After this, heat oil in a pan add onion, green chili, and ginger, and fry till golden brown.
  4. Now add minced meat and fry well.
  5. When the minced meat is fried well, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt and mix well.
  6. Presently add curd blend it cover it and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Then just add green coriander and mix it.
  8. Now make small balls of dough.
  9. Make each ball round with a rolling pin and fill the minced meat mixture in the middle.
  10. Stick the edges well and make it round.
  11. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the kachoris till they turn golden brown.
  12. Serve hot minced meat kachoris with curd or chutney.
