Kerala Court Granted Bail To Three Including CM’s Son-in-law

Kerala court granted bail to three including CM Vijayan’s son-in-law: Protest case against Air India.

The Kerala Court has granted bail to Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPM) leaders PA Mohammad Rias, TV Rajesh, and KK Dinesh. The three were sent on remand for 14 days a day before the Kozhikode court.

The trio was sent on remand in one case by Air India for canceling flights and protesting the increase in airfares. Now all three have been granted bail.

Please tell that Riyas is the son-in-law of Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. He is the national president of the party’s youth wing – Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI).

Rajesh is a two-time MLA from the Kannur district. He started a protest against Air India in 2009. KK Dinesh is the leader of DYFI. A case was registered against CPM leaders for protesting against Air India in Kozhikode in 2009.

In this case, even before the leaders had obtained bail. However, after the bail period was over, he again approached the court for bail.

However, the court remanded him on remand. Notably, TV Rajesh was the state secretary of the Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI) at the time of the protest and Muhammad Rias was the joint secretary of the organization.
