Ingredients for making poppy syrup.

1. Cold milk – 1 cup
2. Poppy syrup – 1 teaspoon
3. Melon seeds – 1 teaspoon
4. Poppy syrup – 2 teaspoons
5. Cardamom powder – 1 teaspoon
6. Powdered sugar – 1 teaspoon
7. Almonds – 5-6
8. Pistachios – 5-6
9. Raisins – 3-4
10. Ice cubes – as per requirement

Method of making poppy syrup.

1. To make poppy syrup, first leave poppy seeds, almonds, pistachios, raisins, and melon seeds to soak overnight.

2. After this, remove the peel from all these things and grind them with the help of a mixer to make a paste.

3. Now take cold milk in a vessel and add ice cubes as per requirement.

4. Add dry fruits to it and mix well.

5. After this, add poppy syrup, powdered sugar, and cardamom powder to it.

6. Mix everything well and the tasty khus syrup is ready.

7. Pour it in a glass with ice cubes garnish with almonds and pistachios and drink it chilled.
